⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ May 2️⃣1️⃣⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ സന്യാസിയായിരുന്ന വിശുദ്ധ ഗോഡ്രിക്ക്⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ നോര്‍ഫോക്കിലെ വാള്‍പോളിലാണ് വിശുദ്ധ ഗോഡ്രിക്ക് ജനിച്ചത്. യുവാവായിരിക്കെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ സാധനങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ട് നടന്ന് കച്ചവടം ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരുന്നു വിശുദ്ധന്റെ ജോലി. നഗരങ്ങളിലെ വിപണന മേളകളിലേയും സ്ഥിരം സന്ദര്‍ശകനായിരുന്നു വിശുദ്ധന്‍. കൂടാതെ നിരവധി കടല്‍യാത്രകളും വിശുദ്ധന്‍ നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതിലൊന്ന്‍ വിശുദ്ധ ദ്വീപെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വിളിച്ചിരുന്ന ലിന്‍ഡിസ്ഫാര്‍ണേയിലേക്കായിരുന്നു. അവിടെവെച്ച് ലൗകീക ജീവിതത്തില്‍ നിന്നും വിരമിച്ച് മതപരമായ ആത്മീയ ജീവിതം നയിക്കുന്ന സന്യാസിമാരുടെ ജീവിതരീതിയില്‍ വിശുദ്ധന്‍ ആകൃഷ്ടനായി. വിശുദ്ധ കുത്ബെര്‍ട്ടിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാക്കാര്യങ്ങളും വിശുദ്ധന്‍ […]
